Tom Fahrny is President of U.S Foreclosure Services and is helping homeowners across the U.S. save their homes from foreclosure. Tom takes each case personally and strives for the best possible outcome for each client. Tom started in real estate investing by buying foreclosure properties in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Tom then became part of the staff at Foreclosures.com as a mentor and instructor, helping others learn how to honestly and ethically buy foreclosure properties.
Currently, U.S. Foreclosure Services is a leader in the Loss Mitigation field. U.S Foreclosure Services modifies adjustable rate mortgages, sub prime mortgages and other high interest rate loans to resolve delinquency issues. Other programs involve mortgage reductions where the interest rate and the principal balance are reduced. They are proud to have a 98% success rate across the U.S.
Tom also is a 25 year career firefighter paramedic for a large metropolitan fire department. The loss mitigation business has also been implemented in the CARE ministry that Tom is involved with at his local church. He has also appeared on ABC 7 and CNN over the past couple of years.
