ACI Commercial Real Estate Services
Terry Moore graduated from Oklahoma University in 1972 with a B.B.A. degree, and went on to obtain a M.B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University in 1975. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, the highest national credential for specialists in income property brokerage, in 1989, and his ABR certificiation in 2003.
For more than 30 years, Terry has helped people make smart choices about money and investments. In addition to working as a commercial loan officer at the world’s largest bank, he has also been a small business owner as well as a developer, syndicator and broker. He is the only broker in San Diego to win the Triple Crown of investment brokerage -- Deal Maker of the Year, Transaction of the Year, and CCIM Designee of the Year -- and has twice been featured in national investment magazines. Terry has also been published in numerous state and local investment magazines.
He has taught other commercial brokers as part of the national CCIM faculty and also taught Investment Real Estate at University of California at San Diego and as part of National University's MBA program.
He and his wife have owned income property in several states, and his clients have bought properties in more than 20 states. We have been humbled repeatedly and hope that we are wiser because of our 20 years of distance investing.
Terry specializes in apartment brokerage, but his skills and experience enable him to service clients for any kind of income property brokerage.
Terry’s team has successfully completed more than 300 investment property transactions, while closing nearly 85 percent of ACI’s listings -- a track record well above the industry average.
I believe in treating others the way I would like to be treated. This sounds so simple, yet can be remarkably challenging to accomplish. Many sales people wax eloquent about their commitment to client service, but investors are frequently disappointed. Three awards from peers and competitors implies that we are close to our goal of treating others the way we want to be treated.
My philosophy is to aim for excellence. I believe that a great improvement is worth doing, and that waiting for perfection runs the risk of never making any improvement. Too many owners underestimate the risks of their current position. So let's talk about whether your equity is serving you as well as it could. Most of the time, we can substantially improve your position.
