Born in San Diego, California, Sheryl attended schools primarily in the Long Beach, California area. In 1996, she moved with her 2 children and dog to the Sacramento area.
Her career started as a statistical analyst then moved into project management for a toy mail order company and finally landed in sales. In sales, she moved from packaging to advertising to commercial real estate. Sheryl is a savvy professional who is highly energetic, loves to help people and is just plain fun to be around.
Sheryl has been a commercial real estate broker for close to 5 years and her transactions include retail, land, office and mini-storage sales as well as retail, office and industrial leasing. Her primary market is the Sacramento, CA MSA.
She earned the coveted CCIM designation, which means she’s among the best in the world at the analysis of commercial real estate. One of her special talents is making the complex simple, which is one of the reasons why her clients seek out her services over and over again as well as refer her to everyone they can. To Sheryl, relationships really matter.
Sheryl is a past Chairperson of ACRE’s prestigious Broker of the Year Awards, is currently on the Northern California CCIM Board where she will implement quarterly Sacramento chapter meetings in 2008. She is also the co-creator and returning public speaker of the Sacramento Strip Mall Conferences. In 2008 she will also begin her new Retail Roundtable in Sacramento.
As if that weren’t enough, she is a frequent volunteer, is active in her church and you are likely to see her at wine tasting events throughout our region. She is the mother of 2 adult children, a wife and has 2 dogs. She remains active in all of their lives, constantly guiding and supporting them to be all they can be.
Sheryl’s real passion is to be a motivational speaker and seeks to speak at events throughout Northern California and eventually throughout the world. Her primary message is you can be all you can be… if you will do the work to “be” it.
