Rob is a Michigan licensed Real Estate Broker, trainer and short sale specialist. He brings 20 years of housing experience to table and works tirelessly for his clients and for the betterment of the real estate industry.
As President of Short Sale Pathways, Rob works with homeowners and REALTORS in Michigan and across the nation helping them sell their homes through short sale. Education is at the core of the business which focuses on creating a network of real estate agents who have the knowledge to help beleaguered homeowners who have no other alternatives but sell their homes. Most markets in the US are are in decline which only hammers away at every Americans greatest asset, their home. When their asset becomes a liability, thats when we can help.
Rob teaches short sales in weekly seminars for real estate professionals. These seminars help agents understand the often aggravating and painstaking process that goes into successfully completing a short sale.
Rob Is married with 3 children. Michael is 19 and in his 3rd year at Illinois tech. Adrian is a 13 year old goalie whose Hockey team went to the state championship last year. (Adrian was player of the game in the final), and Ava who is 4 and will likely someday rule the world. His wife Shelly is the backbone of the clan, best friend and, assistant for short sale pathways.
