Lew Murez is a Vice President with Alliance Bank. Mr. Murez has been in commercial banking in Los Angeles County since 1984 working for both larger commercial bankikng institutions as well as a number of smaller independent community banks.
His primary focus has always been in business and commercial real estate lending. He is also extremely knowledgeable in SBA lending and other forms of government guaranted loan programs.
Mr. Murez is currently working on a project at Alliance Bank to start a lending program to faith based/religious organizatons. He serves on the loan committee for Pacific Coast Regional Small Business Development Corporation, which is the largest outlet for business loans guaranteed through the State of California.
He attained his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and his MBA from Arizona State University.
