As a co-owner of Prop8pros, The Property Tax Savings Specialists, Josh Wilson views his efforts as a personal crusade to help every California property owner that purchased within the past 4 -5 years save money by lowering their property taxes. As a southern California native, Josh earned a B.A. from Cal State Long Beach. Shortly after receiving acceptance into their Master of Arts program for Industrial Organizational Psychology, he jumped into residential lending with both feet.
Starting out as a loan originator in Orange County, the Mecca of Mortgages, Josh quickly moved up the loan ladder from Jr. Loan Officer to Senior Loan Officer working for volume-based lenders Ditech and Greenlight. With entrepreneurial blood coursing through his veins, Josh joined efforts with a real estate broker starting up his own shop as Assistant Branch Manager overseeing all of the day-to-day operations. Capitalizing on his experiences and fully utilizing his social network and sphere of influence, Josh grew to become Branch Manager of his own Net-Branch in 2005.
While riding the wave that has been residential lending for the past 6 years, Josh has extended his talents to Bankers throughout California as a consultant in addition to offering managerial and sales support. His experience with all facets of the loan process makes him uniquely qualified to anticipate challenges and overcome all obstacles in order to achieve success.
In his personal life, Josh and wife Erica are proud parents of a 10-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son. Josh enjoys being active in his children’s lives coaching sports in addition to being involved with all indoor and outdoor activities. He likes being a handy-man around the house in addition to being a true do-it-yourself kind of guy offering help and assistance to neighbors in need.
