--SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA--The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a proposed exemption that would authorize securitized tenant-in-common (TIC) investment property sponsors to compensate certain licensed real estate professionals involved in tenant-in-common (TIC) investment property transactions.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is soliciting comments on the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) request for exemptive relief before they issue an approval or denial of the request.
