William L. Exeter, the firm's founder, will retain the title of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and focus on growth initiatives and expansion plans.
In her 16 years with Exeter, Maureen has demonstrated both commanding knowledge of the business, technical expertise in its products and services, and has served as a shining example of professionalism, said Exeter.

Brown has more than 46 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining The Exeter Group, she was the National 1031 Exchange Administration Manager for TransUnion Exchange Corporation (formerly Diversified Exchange Corporation). She has also worked for Chicago Title Company in title and escrow operations for the residential, commercial and builder services business segments.
Brown assumes day-to-day executive management responsibilities over the 1031 Exchange Services Group, Title Holding Trust (Land Trust) Services Group and Specialty Holding Services Group that span the U.S.
