January 25, 2020--Chicago, Illinois--Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC announced the promotion of Lauren Speidel to the position of Regional Manager for the company's Midwest Regional Office located in Chicago, Illinois.
Ms. Speidel will continue to be responsible for the expansion of the company's Midwest Regional Office, based in Chicago, Illinois. She is responsible for sales, marketing, and client relationship management for the Midwest Region including, but not limited to, Chicago, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, and Missouri.

Lauren Speidel is very familiar with the 1031 Exchange industry. She worked with Inland Securities Corporation, Chicago, Illinois, for close to a decade, specializing in investment products such as Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and other alternative replacement property options for clients performing 1031 Exchanges. Her rich background of professional experience and expertise includes working with financial planners, registered investment advisors, settlement agents, real estate agents and brokers, closing attorneys, registered representatives, and accountants in the administration of their clients' 1031 Exchange transactions.
She is actively involved in the community as a member and participant of several professional associations, including the Illinois Association of Realtors, Chamber of Commerce of Chicagoland, Fox Valley, Naperville, Chicago Real Estate Network, and Women’s Council of Realtors, Chicago Chapter. She is also active in National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Real Estate Investment Securities Association (REISA, formerly TICA).
