April 9, 2007--San Diego, California--Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC hires Denise Gianni as a business development officer for its 1031 exchange services group.
Ms. Gianni will be based in the company's Riverside and San Bernardino Branch Office located in Ontario, California, and has overall responsibility for the business development, educational program delivery and client relationship management activities in the Inland Empire area. She will report directly to William L. Exeter, president and chief executive officer.
Denise brings with her extensive experience in the areas of title insurance, escrow services and 1031 exchange administration through her prior position in title insurance sales with Integrated Title Insurance Company and Diversified Title and Escrow Services Company, which included the tax-deferred exchange operations of Diversified Exchange Corporation.
