March 20, 2006--San Diego, California--Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC announced today that it has hired Alexis Aiken as Assistant Vice President and National 1031 Exchange Legal Department Manager.
Ms. Aiken will be responsible for all corporate legal matters involving The Exeter Group, LLC, and its 1031 exchange subsidiary companies, expanding our tax-deferred like-kind exchange legal and technical research capabilities, and growing our 1031 exchange educational delivery methods. Ms. Aiken will be headquartered in our national corporate headquarters office in San Diego, California.
