Mark C. Turok is a Business Development Officer for Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, Exeter Asset Services Corporation, Exeter IRA Services, LLC, Exeter Trust Company and its affiliate companies. Mark Turok is based in the company's National Corporate Headquarters Office located in San Diego, California.
Mark Turok joined The Exeter Group of Companies in 2019. Mark will be responsible for the business development and client relationship management activities throughout the Southern California region, including Imperial, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties. Mark will also assist with various national and commercial business development activities.
Mark can assist investors with Forward 1031 Exchanges, Reverse 1031 Exchanges and Improvement 1031 Exchanges, Foreign Property 1031 Exchanges, Custody Accounts, Specialized Cash Holding Escrows, and Self-Directed IRAs. He has worked extensively with escrow officers, settlement agents, real estate agents, closing attorneys, and accountants in the administration of their clients' 1031 Exchange transactions.
Prior to joining Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, Mark managed the acquisitions desk for a real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily assets and modern luxury homes. He drove business development in the logistics and wine industries and led a private equity firm’s EB-5 immigrant visa program and was responsible for analyzing and advising on government contracting opportunities in renewable and alterative technologies.
While working for a prominent West Coast public relations firm, he directed the product launches for clients in the technology, bioscience and life science sectors, for the express purpose of acquisition by Fortune 500 companies. He has extensive experience working within the global financial marketplace and alongside security broker-dealers, Registered Representatives and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).

Mark Turok is involved with numerous professional organizations including the California Escrow Association (“CEA”), North San Diego County Escrow Association (“NSDCEA”), San Diego County Escrow Association ("SDCEA"), Orange County Escrow Association, Greater San Gabriel Valley Escrow Association, and San Diego Association of Realtors (“SDAR”).
Mark is also very active in his community and has served as a Member of the Board of Directors, U.S. of the Georgia Friendship Association, Member of the Economic Restructing Committee for the Downtown El Cajon CDC, Member of the Institute of Management Consultants USA and a Member of the China Business Network. He also served as a legislative aide for the California State Assembly, 75th District, Sacramento, California.
Educational Background
Mark Turok completed his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science degree at San Diego State University and then went on to complete his Master of Business Administration in Finance degree through the University of Redlands. He has also completed a Certificate of Crisis Management through the Institute of Crisis Management.
