Prior to joining Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, Ms. Cerasaro served as a 1031 Exchange Officer with JLM Corporation in the administration of JLM clients' Forward 1031 Exchange transactions. Jan was also a Commercial Escrow Officer with Orange Coast Title Company, handling several commercial REO accounts.
Jan Cerasaro brings over 42 years of experience and expertise in the escrow and title insurance industry to Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC. She also currently holds a Certified Senior Escrow Officer designation. In her escrow tenure, Jan has held numerous senior escrow positions, including Escrow Officer, Senior Escrow Officer, Area/County Escrow Manager, and most recently Commercial Escrow Officer and 1031 Exchange Officer. She brings with her an incredible wealth of escrow, title insurance and 1031 Exchange experience and expertise.
Professional Associations
Ms. Cerasaro has been involved in the community as a member and participant of several professional associations. Jan served as President of the San Diego County Escrow Association (SDCEA) for two years, served as a member of the Board of Directors of the San Diego County Escrow Association (SDCEA), a Director of the California Escrow Association (CEA) for six years, and Alternate Director of the American Escrow Association (AEA).
Jan is also actively involved in organizing annd fundraising for local San Diego chapters of the Walk for Multiple Sclerosis Association and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
