Responsibilities include client contact, 1031 exchange account administration, intensive client document processing, packaging, mailing and filing, in-depth account follow-up work, mail processing, distribution and filing, closed file processing, database input, daily account reconcilements, clerical support for 1031 exchange administrators and officers, and other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements include experience in one of the following fields: 1031 tax-deferred exchange administration, escrow services, title insurance, legal, tax, accounting or related fields.
Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and must have superior customer service skills as well as excellent organizational and written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities include in-depth client consulting and 1031 exchange account administration, 1031 exchange document packaging and mailing and other general responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements include two (2) or more years experience in the administration of 1031 exchange accounts, escrow accounts and/or real estate closing transactions, OR experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, attorney, accountant or tax advisory background.
Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and must have superior customer service skills as well as excellent organizational and written and oral communication skills.
Successful applicants must be willing to invest significant personal time in studying, learning and understanding the technical income tax aspects of Section 1031 tax-deferred like-kind exchange transactions.
Responsibilities include heavy commercial client contact, heavy commercial 1031 tax-deferred like-kind exchange administration, active client advisory and consulting activities, limited public speaking and sales engagements, and other general responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements include five or more years experience in the administration of 1031 exchange transactions, including an in depth understanding of the technical aspects of 1031 exchanges. Experience in escrow account administration, title insurance operations, or real estate closing transactional work, or legal, tax or accounting background is helpful.
Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and must have superior customer service skills as well as excellent organizational and written and oral communication skills.
Successful applicants must be willing to continue to invest significant personal time in studying, learning and understanding the technical income tax aspects of Section 1031 tax-deferred, like-kind exchange transactions in order to stay abreast of the technical issues.
Marketing Coordinator/Administrator (Immediate Opening)
Responsibilities include light sales, promotional material development and coordination, frequent public speaking at 1031 exchange educational workshops, seminars and conferences, intensive business development/sales team support, conference, expo, trade show and event planning, coordination and support, significant client contact, occasional 1031 exchange administration, and other general responsibilities as assigned by management.
Marketing experience in one of the following fields preferred: 1031 exchange, escrow, title insurance, tax, legal, real estate or mortgage brokerage.
Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, have advanced experience with a variety of desktop publishing software packages, and must have superior customer service skills as well as excellent organizational and written and oral communication skills.

Business Development/Sales Positions (Immediate Openings Nationwide)
Responsibilities include intensive client relationship management, aggressive strategic sales planning to identify, contact and build new client relationships, pricing authority to achieve assigned revenue targets, active promotional and educational speaking and some travel.
Requirements include sales or marketing experience in one of the following fields: 1031 tax-deferred exchange, tax, legal, escrow services, title insurance or real estate.
Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and negotiation and presentation skills. Superior client relationship-building and consultative sales skills are an absolute must.
Sales, Business Development and Branch Manager positions are available throughout the United States and office location will depend on regional territory assigned.
