This is an intermediate level discussion on Section 1031 Tax-Deferred Like-Kind Exchange transactions and Tenant-In-Common (TIC) Property Interests as like-kind replacement property solutions.

Course Content

The program will include the requirements, structures, processes, strategies, and compliance issues necessary to successfully complete a 1031 Exchange.  Attendees will receive a 250 page Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Reference Manual© published and copyrighted by Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC.

There will be plenty of time for questions and answers with our 1031 exchange experts.

Who Should Attend?

Any Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent, attorney or other tax advisor interested in gaining a more in depth understanding of the mechanical processes and requirements of completing successful 1031 exchange transactions with tenant-in-common property interests as like-kind replacement properties.

Continuing Education Credit (CE and MCLE)

Two (2) hours of CE credit will be provided to California Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and two (2) hours of MCLE credit will be provided to licensed California Attorneys.
