Anton “Tony” Royce Hammock is the Senior Vice President, Chief Trust Officer and Manager Trust Operations Group for The Exeter Group of Companies, including The Exeter Group, LLC, Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, Exeter Trust Company, Exeter Asset Services Corporation, Exeter IRA Services, LLC and their affiliate companies.

Mr. Hammock is responsible for establishing and launching Exeter Trust Company in Cheyenne, Wyoming where he will be overseeing the day-to-day trust operations, banking and cash management activities and developing our long-term strategic plans for our Trust Operations Department. Exeter Trust Company is licensed, regulated and audited by the Wyoming Division of Banking.

Tony Hammock has been in the banking, fiduciary and trust services industry since 1988 and brings with him extensive experience and expertise in the areas of banking, trust operations, institutional and global custody, investment management, personal trust administration, including alternative investments and specialty assets.
Professional Experience
Previously, in Mr. Hammock's role as Senior Trust Officer and Manager for Capitol One, he established the Delaware Trust Office and then focused on managing the office and in the administration of Personal Trusts and Estates, Institutional Custody, and Investment Management accounts, deploying his unique expertise in Delaware fiduciary matters.
Prior to joining Capital One, Tony worked for PNC Bank, Wachovia Trust, Wilmington Trust Company, SunTrust Bank and Bank of America.
Education and Certifications
Tony earned his BS degree with an emphasis in Business Administration & Management from DePaul University. Mr. Hammock has been a member of the Estate Planning Councils of Delaware, Philadelphia, Baltimore & Savannah. He is a Certified Securities Operations Professional (CSOP), Certified Risk Professional (CRP), Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and Certified Controls Specialist (CCS).
