Jason S. Buckingham is a California licensed attorney and commercial real estate broker who helps investment property and business owners with their commercial real estate transactions, including investments, acquisitions, and leasing.

Mr. Buckingham has worked in some aspect of real estate transactions since 1993, with the past several years focused on commercial real estate transactions. Jason has worked with some of the largest real estate developers, owners, and lenders in the country. With experience in property analysis, due diligence, title and escrow, acquisitions, entity formation, financing, leasing, and ongoing management issues, Jason offers his clients the kind of expertise and insight that only comes from having done it before.

Mr. Buckingham is a frequent speaker for business owners, investors and professionals on issues related to commercial real estate, including risk management, commercial leasing, and Tenant in Common investments. Jason is also the Real Estate Legal Issues forum moderator for the Exeter Discussion Board.

Mr. Buckingham graduated from John F. Kennedy University School of Law, Cum Laude, December 2004, and was admitted to practice law in the State of California in May 2005. Jason is also a licensed real estate broker.

Mr. Buckingham is a member of the California State Bar, American Bar Association, and Contra Costa County Bar Association.
