November 7, 2005--San Diego, California--Exeter Exchange Management Corporation is formed by William L. Exeter as a California corporation.  The formation of Exeter Exchange Management Corporation completes the core group of operating entities for The Exeter Group, LLC's 1031 exchange business operations.

"Exeter Exchange Management Corporation was established for the express purpose of acting as the manager for the limited liability companies within The Exeter Group of Companies," said Mr. William L. Exeter, president and chief executive officer, The Exeter Group of Companies. 

Mr. Exeter further commented that, "Exeter Exchange Management Corporation will be located in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, California."
