Dave Ross Dave Ross is the National Director of Marketing for Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC and its affiliate companies and is based in the company's national corporate headquarters office in San Diego, California. Mr. Ross has worked in the financial services industry since 1986, initially as Vice President/Research for Glendale Federal Bank, then as Vice President of National Sales and Marketing Services for TRW Real Estate Information Services, which would later become Experian, N.A. and First American Real Estate Solutions. He began his career in the newspaper industry as a marketing and research manager for the Orange County Register, where he worked from 1977 to 1984. In 1999 he formed Bazooka Communications with business partner Al Lozano, providing branding and marketing communications support for companies in the real estate and mortgage finance industries. He continues to serve as a director of that company. Mr. Ross has published numerous articles on a variety of technical and marketing issues for such publications as National Mortgage News, Mortgage Originator Magazine and Mortgage Banking Magazine. He has served on the board of directors of the Girl Scout Council of Orange County and the American Marketing Association. He is active as a volunteer in several youth sports programs in Orange County, Calif., where he resides with his family.
